I like the App is nice!!

I was having trouble removing items at check out as well as checking out. There are a few steps that must be followed for a quick check out. Especially if you change your mind about something in your bag and you seemingly cant take it out. I realized with items you may not want you have to remove the item during the review check out step "before" your final review purchase step and then place your order. This was one of my problems using the app. The credit card issue that another person mentioned also happened to me. There must have been an update I didnt pay enough attention to that added a step to the credit card process at check out. You now have the option of choosing between your Saks store card and any other card you may have on file linked to your Saks Store computer On-line purchases. At least thats what my husband helped me figure out. Since then, shopping with this app is way too easy. Now that Ive figured out how to use the Saks app purchase and remove item steps, I like the mobile app very much. Yay!

The app always crashes, Ive only had it for 4 days and cant deal with it. The item # is the same for the Item even when its in different colors, so it made if even more annoying when I decided to call Saks to place the order instead...

I will say you do need to be sure you set up an account before you start making wish lists and adding to cart or else itll continuously delete your items but after that the search options and checkout process is pretty straightforward and easy to use!

I am a frequent Saks shopper and the app is horrible. It constantly crashes and it is impossible to checkout. Hope you read your reviews soon.

Only place i found the bag i wanted!

When you go to checkout from your saks bag it doesnt give you an option to put in your credit card. I lost an order because I had to go back to my profile (which wasnt even option to do at the checkout screen).

The Saks App and website are horrible tools for purchasing items. Often times, I sort the items according to my size and the designer that I prefer. The App shows that the items are available, but when you click on the individual items, they are unavailable. This was true for the majority of the sale items selected. The web designers need to fine tune this App so that it more accurately reflects the items in stock.

I just ordered a fur headband and it was so easy to search and placing my order was so quick with paypal

I love Saks and love to shop on the app. Best designers and so easy to use

The pictures were all wrong last week-now I cant even open the app! Ill wait a few days..if it isnt fixed Ill have to delete it.

The shopping bag cannot always show the number of items I have in it after I close the app. Seriously, please improve your website and app.

Currently this isnt working properly. Clicking on items takes forever to open and sometimes just doesnt open. Please send upgrade ASAP.

Easy to find & buy things through this app. It takes a long time sometimes to load the page of an item youre trying to see though.

This app is broken. I kept trying to log in and the app started running by itself sliding in the login screen from the left over and over again. I couldnt control it. Also, the website itself isnt all that great either. I couldnt view my order history it kept loading Gucci items.

Love how easy it is to shop. However, the app crashes quite often- ruining the experience because I have to scroll through hundreds of items to get close to where I was in the first place. Very frustrating, so much Ive given up shopping several times. Please fix the crash issue!

Doesnt work. Every Time I go to open it crashes. This app needs serious fixing.

Checkout is too cumbersome. Needs Apple Touch ID/finger touch for login and checkout. Overall interface could be smoother.
