In store worker named William has helped me find a good pair of shoes twice and even gave me an opportunity to meet a Browns players. Even offered a a belt to match my shoes. Oh its the Saks in Beachwood OH.
Easy to use and navigate. Love it. My one complaint: Armani has stopped using fur, Saks should too
Love shopping online at Saks, especially when I just need to get a few quick gifts. Very easy.
Happy with the latest version. They seem to keep improving the app so looking forward to whats next.

Some bad moments

The customer service is rated in my books a flat 2 terrible service when someone wants to add a product and purchase it and my iPhone is currently changing over to a iPhone 6 from a 5 s so its a bit confused Saks is not helping me out at all Ill take my lovely cash somewhere else if I were u a bit of advisement please take a course on customer service itll do you wise of help and good night only and your work ethics but in life ethics
When you buy expensive things you expect great customer service or so you would think. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When you call 3 times within the course of a few hours trying to get the shipping method changed, then lied to all 3 times, it gets kind of old. Outsourcing jobs is clearly cheaper but get some customer service representatives that speak English and can understand the basics of it. Also I dont think anyone works in the customer service department because when you call its a minimum 20 minute wait time on the phone, then potentially you will get hung up on. Last but not least when the the person on the other line answers your call, it sounds like they hate there job and that they are having the worst day ever. Do better.
You can not track your order with this app. Whats worse, you can not log in to browser on iPhone safari or chrome. Every tracking link from my email is redirect to their main page. Error shown for you click sign up button. Come on Saks programmers!
I was Christmas shopping online. I was offered both 10% off and $250 off purchases of $1000 or more using promo code, its cold. I couldnt use the codes provided! I couldnt get ahold of a representative. I ordered the products in hopes of getting it in time for Christmas and being refunded the discounts! I was told my order did not qualify for either discount! Bad business practices!! I was bamboozled!!! Never again Saks!
Dear Saks, Youre Saks for cryin out loud. This is the best app you could make? Really?
