Great app easy to use

Easy to navigate and purchase!

When you buy expensive things you expect great customer service or so you would think. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When you call 3 times within the course of a few hours trying to get the shipping method changed, then lied to all 3 times, it gets kind of old. Outsourcing jobs is clearly cheaper but get some customer service representatives that speak English and can understand the basics of it. Also I dont think anyone works in the customer service department because when you call its a minimum 20 minute wait time on the phone, then potentially you will get hung up on. Last but not least when the the person on the other line answers your call, it sounds like they hate there job and that they are having the worst day ever. Do better.

You can not track your order with this app. Whats worse, you can not log in to browser on iPhone safari or chrome. Every tracking link from my email is redirect to their main page. Error shown for you click sign up button. Come on Saks programmers!

Well executed app. Its easy to navigate and checkout process is easy. Ive ordered a few things from the app and it was a pleasant experience. Love how the communication of when your items will come via text and how fast. Great job Saks

I was Christmas shopping online. I was offered both 10% off and $250 off purchases of $1000 or more using promo code, its cold. I couldnt use the codes provided! I couldnt get ahold of a representative. I ordered the products in hopes of getting it in time for Christmas and being refunded the discounts! I was told my order did not qualify for either discount! Bad business practices!! I was bamboozled!!! Never again Saks!
