Very satisfied with the app and how easy it was to place my order

I love Saks Fifth Avenue Department store

Had my eye on some fancy sandals but Saks didn’t have my size. I selected to “notify me” and they actually did. I’m so happy!!

I love shopping here because I get amazing deals

before with the Capital One I could have easily look up my Saks Credit Card number online and now with the new Comenity bank it’s not possible to do, which makes it very inconvenient to go and search for the actual physical card instead of just easily placing the order. I don’t know why you changed the bank but I very much don’t like it.

Typical. A $1,000 gown with NO REVIEWS, and a front view only. We poor consumers don’t need too know about such irrelevant information like what the back looks like or how customers have experienced the fit of the gown. Yup. Back to Nordstrom’s for this gal. I have exquisite taste and money to spend, but not where my legitimate needs are ignored. Make America continue to accept mediocre service while paying a premium for the privilege. I vote with my $$ - I’m deleting the app, and the website’s exactly the same.

I’m find the Saks app very easy to navigate through. It makes my shopping experience very easy and pleasurable

The app was so slow and would randomly crash but much better now. Saks is truly the place for designer fashion, beauty, and accessories. I love yo shop the Bala Cynwyd store. Everyone is helpful and it’s a beautiful place to shop. I get carried away just browsing at things I’ve seen online and then the store has even more options.

Experienced technical difficulties upon downloading & opening the app. I had to call customer service because the item selected wouldn’t upload to place the order. After calling, the issue was resolved. Will write another review once my order/purchase arrives.

Too difficult to find what you’re looking for

I worked at Saks Fifth Avenue in the early 90’s and we no longer have a brick & mortar store in my city. I have attended NYC Fashion Week in the past and so glad to be able to purchase their products in a reputable retailer! I so look forward to receiving my first item from these Amazing Twin Brothers ❤️

I used to work for Saks in NYC! Now I’m living large like a Kardashian, on the OC and I need a sponsor so I can pay my Saks Card! Can they reposes my Versace underwear?

They need to fix the bugs with the app and website

You only offer this app on IOS and not android devices. However, the app does not work successfully on my iPad. Most of the functionality does not operate. I can log in but cannot order because the merchandise does not populate the app. I can only view my pass orders. How can I take advantage of “app only” promotional discount codes if your app does not operate. These codes cannot be used on your website online only the app. In fact, just recently I was able to use your website consistently without being blocked by your security puzzles. Those puzzles prevented me from viewing the merchandise daily. Never had these issues using the “Saks Off 5th” website or app (using android or IOS devices). Please review your coding and make the necessary adjustments. Thanks

I put items in my shopping bag but I can’t buy them. When I try to access the shopping bag, it says that I have ZERO items in it! No sale. I’m buying it from Nordstrom, instead.

Low inventory and slow to restock

Unbelievable; not only canceled order but the app is very unstable and customer service is not helpful at all

The code didn’t give me $50 off on every $200 dollars spent what happen.I have have also been trying to call and contact someone about my order .

The search function needs to improve. It is not stable and does not retain the position after you see an item or jumps back to the beginning of the list of items. Item reviews are missing, which is a great disadvantage. It would be useful to know it an item runs true to size for example.

App is helpful. However, I’m miffed as to why Saks has removed customer reviews on items. At least that’s what I’ve noticed on the women’s clothing section. That was not always the case. That was always a good way to get feedback on sizing fits, especially when you are buying a FINAL sale item. Is it due to the negative reviews on the extreme delays and issues customers are having with your refunds?

They send me two orders with defected items and ask me to pay for all return expenses. Disastrous experience.

The items viewed/purchased were labeled eligible yo use the shopping code and yet when I entered it, it says items were ineligible - what gives?

Having it makes it so easy if you are a Saks credit card holder

Disappointing. I love shopping at Saks, but the Saks app is very slow and buggy. Genuinely surprised at how poorly the app works, especially for a luxury brand. By contrast, Revolve’s app functions so much better - which makes shopping easier

Excellent site. Can’t complain. Clean easy to use. Size and color options quick to access. Lots of options, I have found Polo pieces here not on the Ralph Lauren site. Love it. Great sales too.

Always frozen or trouble loading even if the app is updated and I’m connected to wifi. Its ridiculous.

Tried with multiple cards & different accounts + called bank & they said problem is with saks payment system Googling this seems like it’s an occasional recurring issue

One thing I do like about this app is that it takes you back tot he section of the shopping page that you were on. But that should be a thing anyway. The wishlist never loads on this app and it’s so frustrating bc I only shopped from my wishlist in the past. I want to see everything on it and prices. Please correct this! I’d shop way more if it got repaired.
