Learn customer service skills something neither one of you know at that store or online

The customer service is rated in my books a flat 2 terrible service when someone wants to add a product and purchase it and my iPhone is currently changing over to a iPhone 6 from a 5 s so its a bit confused Saks is not helping me out at all Ill take my lovely cash somewhere else if I were u a bit of advisement please take a course on customer service itll do you wise of help and good night only and your work ethics but in life ethics
